Bicyclist, 35, Decapitated By Driver Who Ran Red Light In Elizabeth, Police Say A 35-year-old cyclist was decapitated after he was struck by a vehicle that ran a red light in Elizabeth on the late evening of Sunday, Aug. 11, authorities said.
