The nail tech was unprofessional. She was worried about what other techs were doing while giving me a pedicure. The pedicure was half done she didn't listen to what I requested. If I do go back I will make sure I don't get her.

I would only recommend Nancy for Pedi's. The nail service I have received time and time again is horrible. I have gone here for convenience but my last straw was my last visit. It was a waste of my money.

I want to get a full set and they turned out beautifully. I went on January 19, 2023 to get a fill in. They turned out awful. All my real nails were better. They were uneven. It was close to closing time she rushed. I tipped her hoping she would fix them and she said "no have a good night". and grabbed her money. coat and left. I've been getting my nails done for 30 years and this was the most botched job I've ever had. She didn't even have any wash my hands during the process, it was a dirty, horrible job.

This place is near my home I had bypassed it a few times and I finally decided to try it. Everything was good leading up to my technician coming to do my pedicure. He was rough, very abrupt in his communication with me during my visit. In addition when I expressed my concern with the way one of my toenails looked he began to laugh and tell me that it was like this already. I have pictures that show differently. It appears he filed my nail awkwardly. If that wasn't enough after speaking in english the whole visit, after my complaint he looked around at the other two guys and starting speaking about me to them and laughing. I understand a bit of vietnamese language so I understood some of what he said. I also noticed he rushed my service and didnt provide a full or thourough service compared to the other technichians. I failed to get his name but he was the tallest working in the shop, and had mostly gray hair. I will never go there again to avoid ever accidently get him again.

So frustrated.i dont usually get my nails done but when i do i expect them to look great for awhile. I got my nails done at vip nails on gratiot in roseville the day before new years. To get a fill in and shiny gold color.they didnt have any colors in gold that werent glitter ugh and had to use 2 diff polishes because they wouldnt cover the red, or pay 15$ for chrome.The girl didnt take my original polish off so the red shows thru. She was ready to paint them and i looked at them and noticed that the edges were super ragged. So i asked her politely to put more acrylic in and make them look better please and she did. I walked out and walked right back in because they were done so crappy even still ( not to my cuticles and some spots not even covered. A different employee told me to come back the next day. I wasnt going to bother but now day 4 2 nails already chipped.I think they are closed until the 8th. Grrrrrr. I emailed them and no response.
